I cannot get osc to connect to my local build server. I cannot checkout any home:{name} projects I just get this error.
-- GET https://10.97.154.61/source/home:deploysystem/_meta
send: 'GET /source/home:deploysystem/_meta HTTP/1.1\r\nAccept-Encoding: identity\r\nHost: 10.97.154.61\r\nConnection: close\r\nUser-agent: osc/0.136\r\n\r\n'

Server returned an error: HTTP Error 404: Not Found
But the looking at the webui the project home:deploysystem does exist so why do I get a 404 error?
What other info do you need to help with this?
I can't see why this problem has suddenly appeared I have tried reinstalling but the problem is there straight away.

I have a private OBS installation in which I'm attempting to build a
customized version of numpy. It builds fine in several distros (CentOS
and RHEL), but for openSUSE 12.1 it says it cannot find lapack-devel
and blas-devel:
nothing provides blas-devel, nothing provides lapack-devel
Thing is, openSUSE_12.1/standard in b.o.o does contain the package, so
I'm stumped.
I thought it might be a broken cache or something, so I tried with
obs_admin --rescan-repository, but it seems to be a no-op for
openSUSE.org:openSUSE:12.1:
# obs_admin --rescan-repository openSUSE:12.1 standard i586
Use of uninitialized value in concatenation (.) or string at
/usr/lib/obs/server/BSConfig.pm line 179.
Any ideas?

I have configured an lvm as a data store but now osc gets an http 404 error when trying to connect.

This was working when I had it all running on one HDD for testing.

Hi,
in the past I used the web frontend quite a lot to do some simple packaging.
But just a couple minutes ago I went into some weird behaviour with the new
interface.
What I did is, I tried to configure a service in a _service file which led to
an unsuccessful job (Files could not be expanded: service tar_scm failed). As
a result of that I no longer see ANY source files of that package. So this
means I can't fix the problem because I have no access to the troublemaker (at
least with the webfronted).
Is that a bug or a feature? How should I proceed?
bye Michi

Hi
I'm using Chrome browser with Ubuntu 12.04 x86_64 machine.
But the [Find] button in embedded source editor doesn't work for me.
The java script console showed following error.
Uncaught TypeError: Object #<Object> has no method 'getSearchCursor'
How can I solve it?

Hello everyone,
I have a question/problem with Perl packages and BuildRequires when
building for SLES(SP2).
The problem comes up with multiple packages when trying to build them
for SLES, let's look at perl-HTTP-BrowserDetect from
devel:languages:perl for example.
The spec files includes:
---
BuildRequires: perl(Module::Build) >= 0.3601
---
and the build log clearly states (see
https://build.opensuse.org/package/rawlog?arch=x86_64&package=perl-HTTP-Bro…)
that it is being installed:
---
installing perl-Module-Build-0.36.07-4.1
---
but still, the build fails with:
---
Module::Build version 0.3601 required--this is only version 0.280801 at
Build.PL line 5.
---
As far as I understand, "Module::Build" v0.280801 is already installed
by default under SLES11SP2 and the newer required version 0.3607 is not
found OR the older version is found first by the script "Build.pl".
A second example would be "perl-POE-Test-Loops" which requires a version
of Test::More/Test::Simple >=0.94, but this is not found although
installed (i.e. only an older version is found), see log here:
https://build.opensuse.org/package/live_build_log?arch=x86_64&package=perl-…
How do I circumvent this problem?
Thanks for your help!
I'm getting
nothing provides perl = 5.16.1 needed by mpi-selector
while building against factory. The package itself doesn't use mpi,
but it does use boost, so I guess the dependency must come from
buildrequiring boost.
Factory does contain perl 5.16.1, so I'm guessing it's either a stuck
scheduler or that it didn't reach snapshot yet.
Any idea?
