That's the error I'm getting when running download/verify/ser_version
services. The server is down?

Hi,
yesterday evening i updated network:otrs with 2.4.8 and then created a
sr to:
- openSuSE:11.3:Update Test (55877)
- openSUSE:Factory (55878)
after that I started to update network:otrs:Test with 2.4.9.
Now after checking this I created a sr to network:otrs (from
network:otrs:Test which devel prj of network:otrs)
then there came up weird things
http://pastie.org/1375372
admin@lape:~/OBS/network:otrs:Test/otrs> osc sr -m "update to 2.4.9, ITSM to 2.1.1"
There are already following submit request: 55877, 55878.
Supersede the old requests? (y/n/c) c
Aborting
aborted.
admin@lape:~/OBS/network:otrs:Test/otrs> osc sr -m "update to 2.4.9, ITSM to 2.1.1, OSA-2010-02, OSA-2010-03"
There are already following submit request: 55877, 55878.
Supersede the old requests? (y/n/c) y
created request id 55891
now as I said y to superseed these request, cause I thought my update
will receive network:otrs and no need to superseed (55877, 55878).
hmm, there is no more request to 11.3:Update:Test neither one to Factory.
now I created new ones
admin@lape:~/OBS/network:otrs/otrs> osc sr -m "update to 2.4.9, ITSM to
2.1.1, OSA-2010-02, OSA-2010-03" openSUSE:11.3:Update:Test
created request id 55893
admin@lape:~/OBS/network:otrs/otrs> osc sr -m "update to 2.4.9, ITSM to
2.1.1, OSA-2010-02, OSA-2010-03" openSUSE:Factory
created request id 55894
that's really weird

Hi all,
I'm not sure it if it is a recent change (or if I missed it) but if a
request is created from a specific package and if you change this
package after the request creation, the request "follows" the latest
package release and not the one available when the request was created.
I can be useful (you don't have to revoke a request and re-submit it)
but on a general basis, it is problematic if you want to continue
working on a package but don't want to submit latest changes yet.
Is it wanted or a recent behaviour change ?

Hi,
our local OBS has quite different workers running on different Linux systems.
RHEL6 seems to use something called xz-utils to compress rpm cpio archives.
Unfortunately these are not available on some Linux distros.
I noticed, that there's a
#our workerhostcheck = 'my_check_script';
in BSConfig.pm
How is that supposed to work?
Or is there any other option to achieve that?

Hi,
I'm trying to build my new package on openSuse 11.2 and I get the following error:
... checking filelist
LillePOS: "/opt/LillePOS" is not allowed anymore in FHS 2.2.
LillePOS: "/opt/LillePOS/LillePOS" is not allowed anymore in FHS 2.2.
LillePOS: "/opt/LillePOS/LillePOS.desktop" is not allowed anymore in FHS 2.2.
LillePOS: "/opt/LillePOS/LillePOS.png" is not allowed anymore in FHS 2.2.
System halted.
I can't find a hint in the current FHS 2.3 that this path is not allowed.
What's wrong here ?
The complete build log is here

I'm currently trying to build a GNOME3 GIT iso image, to help GNOME
community tests GNOME 3.
To ensure users get most recent code when it is available, I'm using
source services to update source tarball with a recent git checkout
(I've based my stuff on osc unstable project).
However, while doing this, I found some stuff which could be improved :
- there is no visibility in webui when a source service is running in
the background
- git clone can be huge and to build a package, a git checkout without
history is probably enough. This can be done using "git clone --depth
1"
- it would be nice to define a macro in specfile when a tarball was
created with tar_scm. This way, in the specfile, you can do some actions
or add build requires which are not needed with using a "release"
tarball (I've used BUILD_FROM_VCS for now)
- I've currently using the version from the specfile / tarball to add
versionprefix in tar_scm, but any version bump in specfile / released
tarball will requires a manual change in the _service. Some option in
the source service to automate that would probably be helpful.
That's all for now :)

Hello,
For some reason, RHEL6 repository is missing gtkmm24-devel
(gtkmm24 is there). Can this be repaired somehow? My package
gsmartcontrol in home:alex_sh fails to build because of this.
Thanks
