Hi !
Since last weeks checkin, udev has broken dependencies to
nothing provides glib2-devel, nothing provides gperf, nothing provides
libusb-devel, nothing provides pciutils-ids, nothing provides usbutils
These are not available in Base:build up to now . What are the plans ?
Adding them all will make Base:build grow even more.
Comments ?
Best,
Jan-Simon

rpm -qp --provides j/jdk-1_5_0_17-linux-amd64.rpm
jre = 1.5.0_17

j2re = 1.5.0_17
jaxp_parser_impl

If, on the other hand, I do:

It looks like there is an inconsistency in the P: line.
I used a hex editor and changed the following fields in a copy
of the file:
tag offset old new
1000 2 jdk Jdk
1001 6 1.5.0_17 1.5.8_17
1002 15 fcs fCs
1003 20 2000 1857
Now rpm -qp --provides z.amd64.rpm
jre = 1.5.0_17
j2sdk = 1.5.0_17
j2re = 1.5.0_17
jaxp_parser_impl
xml-commons-apis
Jdk = 1857:1.5.8_17-fCs
The behavior of adding a "%name = %epoch:%version-%release" provides line is not
consistent. This package was produce by sun.com. Here is the full rpm -qip for
it:

Hi, is there anyway to control where a package I'm building looks for
dependencies?

Is there an API to the scheduler for an OBS instance?
For example, I'd like to clear the scheduler of all pending jobs and
let it figure out what needs to be built after that. Is that possible?
Can I add/remove/re-arrange jobs from the scheduler?

I have a local rpm which I would like to add a to a project's pool of
rpms for dependency purposes, but the rpm itself can't be easily
rebuilt. How do I add an rpm to a project/repo without having to add
it to the ":full" directory?

I reduced the number of workers (via /etc/sysconfig/obs-worker) on a
local OBS instance and restarted obsworker. Three jobs that were in
'building' during that time are now stuck in that state. I've tried
abortbuild, rebuild, changing files, etc... without luck. What's wrong
and how do I fix it?

Periodically I get this, typically when trying to check a file in.
'NoneType' object has no attribute 'mtime'
Why does this happen? What can be done to improve / better handle the
underlying problem?
osc version: 0.120, on openSUSE 11.1, talking to obs packages 1.6.0-9.1
