Hello I'm trying to get to work Postgis on our SLES 15.3 server with postgres 14 , but somehow I'm not able to find the correct packages My Server: SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 15 SP3 I added following Repo for Zypper: zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Application:/Geo/openSUSE_Leap_1… svudm00021:~ # zypper in postgresql14-postgis Loading repository data... Can't use/see second sound device in system

However in KDE Plasma in Settings -> System settings->Audio I only see the HDMI device. I want to use a microphone which needs the other device. Suport list, trying hard to understand security patches their workings and their details as posted on the update list. There is already a large time span in avilabilty compared to other distros, isnt it? I notice this at a lot of time, even such widely deployed packages for end users such as google chromium, mozilla firefox and other mozilla stuff, trickles down rather slowly to the leap users. ty.

I'm fairly new to Tumbleweed, having migrated from Leap about a month ago. I've been doing zypper dup fairly regularly without any problems until today, when I was greeted by the following message: Problem: the installed claws-mail-4.1.0-2.1.x86_64 requires 'perl = 5.34.1', but this requirement cannot be provided Problem: the installed perl-5.34.1-1.3.x86_64 requires 'perl-base = 5.34.1', but this requirement cannot be provided I started by choosing the 'keep obsolete version' options, but the 'cannot be provided' list got longer and longer at each stage, and when it included a list of yast modules I gave up and cancelled the update. The machine is running fine, so there is no pressing need to run an update now. Presumably, the 'cannot be provided' problems will eventually sort themselves out, so I just need to keep trying a zypper dup every few days? Regards Bob -- Bob Williams

Dear all, I'm a newbie to openSUSE and I'm using Leap 15.4. I am using KDE now, and I would like to install full KDE(that means all kde applications). I remember that there is a package called kde-full on Ubuntu and kde-applications on Arch Linux. Is there any similar package on openSUSE that I can install all KDE applications? Yours, Haoran Du
