Hi,
As written in subject, I can't build anything for Tumbleweed, because
there is "unresolvable" error saying "nothing provides
libgdbm.so.5()(64bit) needed by perl".
And indeed
https://build.opensuse.org/package/binary/openSUSE:Factory/perl/snapshot/x8…
shows that libgdbm.so.5 dependancy is not provided. I found that gdbm
was updated to provide libgdbm.so.6, but I'm curious how that got to
affect "snapshot" repo.

Hi all,
is there a more detailed documentation on how to fix broken links,
without removing the actual package?
I have copied the package in question to another project, seems like
everything got copied fine, as this is still broken:

Kind Regards,
Johannes

Hi
in work together with Univention we want to test out the Univention 4.4
repositories and package building of our packages.
To ease the process we wanted to copy the Univention:4.3 project first
and make this work and then expand it by the Univention 4.4 repositories.
So we opened the Univention:4.3 project, created a project with the same
name on our local instance and copied the meta content of the
buidservice project.
https://build.opensuse.org/projects/Univention:4.3/meta
However dodup.log complains about no available Release files
updating metadata for deb repo at
http://updates.software-univention.de/4.3/unmaintained/4.3-0/amd64http://updates.software-univention.de/4.3/unmaintained/dists/4.3-0/Release:
404 remote error: Not Found
Is there any way to fix it since it works on the official buildservice
instance?
Cheers

The inactivity timeout for workers is currently set to 5400 seconds, but
that is much too short for a lot of long running builds. For example,
<https://build.opensuse.org/package/live_build_log/openSUSE:Factory:ARM/subv…>
was aborted prematurely due to a long running test.

The build service is not publishing the packages for Leap 15.0 for
python. Can someone please fix that?
Thanks.

Hi,
Could you please process
183946
As with te recent kiwi change for SLES 12 SP4 this allows us to build
ARM and x86_64 images from the same build description. This is identical
to 183945 which will eventually make it's way through the maintenance queue.
Thanks,
Robert

Hi
for one of our packages we have some dependencies.
One of these packages is mingw64-binutils.
I copied the binaries from an existing repository to our repository.
However in the other repository two binaries are build: mingw64-binutils
and mingw64-cross-binutils. Our copied package only builds the
wingw64-cross-binutils, but doesn't mingw64-binutils.
Any suggestions how to make it build both binaries?

I originally posted this yesterday on the forum and an administrator
malcolmlewis offered a workaround using --no-verify and suggested
posting to this mailing list to determine the real problem.
I have had a package for some time which builds correctly on the Build
Service for openSuse, Debian and Fedora. It also builds correctly for
openSuse and Debian on my local machine using:-
osc build --local-package openSUSE_LEAP_15.0
osc build --local-package openSUSE_Tumbleweed
osc build --local-package Debian_9.0
Yesterday I tried to build the package for Fedora (29 and Rawhide)
locally for the first time:-
osc build --local-package Fedora_29
osc build --local-package Fedora_Rawhide
The first run populated the package cache which took a long time
(around 1 hour) screen output pausing when not found at the
downloads site and retrieval was attempted via API. After this stage
and on all subsequent build attempts I got the errors:-
using keys from Fedora:Rawhide, home:m-grant-prg
warning: /var/cache/osbuild-packagecache/Fedora:Rawhide/standard/x86_64/attr-2.4.48-4.fc30.x86_64.rpm:
Header V3 RSA/SHA256 Signature, key ID cfc659b9:
NOKEY /var/cache/osbuild-packagecache/Fedora:Rawhide/standard/x86_64/attr-2.4.48-4.fc30.x86_64.rpm :
public key not available
The last message was repeated many times for multiple packages.
openSUSE and Debian builds continue to work correctly.
Any help or suggestions would be most welcome.
Regards,
Mark
