Hi all
Our private-instance OBS is failing to build against any
openSUSE.org:XXX:YYY upstream repositories.
The scheduler log contains lots of 404 errors such as:
2015-07-17 13:49:18: looking at low prio
zfsonlinux.org:stable/ScientificLinux_7 (0/0/2/0/290)
- zfsonlinux.org:stable/ScientificLinux_7:
openSUSE.org:ScientificLinux:7: 404 remote error: Not Found
The web interface shows all repositories as "State needs recalculations,
former state was ..."
I saw a similar problem on this mailing list a couple of days ago
regarding CentOS, and have issued 'obs_admin --deep-check-project' on
all repos.
The remoteurl for openSUSE.org is configured as
"https://api.opensuse.org/public", but going there with a browser also 404s

Hi, I have a fork of tar_scm that takes an arbitrary command which is
run at a particular point in the tarball generation process. (We are
using this to generate a C header file containing the version number
of our software, so it includes the output of "git describe".)
As long as this is run using "osc service disabledrun" I am quite sure
it does not present any security risk, since the command is run on the
local machine. What I am not sure is what will happen (if anything),
and especially what security implications there would be, if someone
tries to use such a feature on the server side?
Regards and thanks in advance for any reply whatsoever.

Hi all,
we have a private instance of obs running and building against
openSUSE.org as upstream. At the moment it looks like CentOS-6
repositories are broken as I see some 404 Errors in the logs:
2015-07-09 04:49:03: ...
... openSUSE.org:CentOS:CentOS-6: 404 remote error: Not Found
This was the first occurance of the error (CEST). The Last run that was
ok was at 2015-07-08 09:58:59:
2015-07-08 09:58:59: looking at high prio productive/CentOS_6
(4/0/6/0/115)
- productive/CentOS_6
scanning repo productive/CentOS_6...
fetching remote repository state for
openSUSE.org:CentOS:CentOS-6/standard
Has anybody else the same problem ?
greetings
Frank

Hi all,
one of my users has Admin rights which I would like to remove.
However, when I uncheck "Admin" under "Open Build Service > Configuration > User
Management > Edit User Data" and then hit "Update" nothing changes.
I'm logged in as a different user than the one I'm trying to change.
Is this a bug? And more importantly is there a workaround?
This is on a private OBS 2.6 instance from OBS:/Server:/2.6/openSUSE_13.1.
Thanks -- Till
