[opensuse-buildservice] how to add a local pkg to the basesystem?

If for example util-linux, rpm or glibc is updated in a prj everything will start to rebuild. Thats most likely because such package are considered part of the base system. Is there a way to add another local package to that list, via prjconf? [opensuse-buildservice] Recovering from ENOSPACE

Good Morning, I have an older installation of OBS and the data partition ran out of space. To free some space I removed sources of packages that we are no longer building. I am facing a couple of issues and I wonder if any of that is known and can point me to a bug report. The first one is that the OBS Scheduler for i586 and x86-64 when started from the start script briefly execute and then quit. When I start it myself from a screen they start and keep running. The second issue is that one package is somehow still "building". Is there a way I can abort it? [opensuse-buildservice] local check for if the "Requires" statements are correct?

Hello, when I am doing an osc build locally all packages that are specified in the "BuildRequires" tags are installed in a isolated environment. Is the same possible for packages (including their versions) needed at runtime, i.e. specified by the "Requires" tags? My goal is to run some unit tests of packaged software to ensure the Requires dependencies are specified correctly without having to test it on a separate test machine. [opensuse-buildservice] Spurious error from rq accept

When I try to accept sr#284492, I get this error: HTTP Error 403: Forbidden modify_package_no_permission No permission to modify package '_product' for user 'Andreas_Schwab' This happens even though the change was actually applied, but the request remains in the new state. We just have released our new stable code line OBS 2.6.0. Hi, is here a full description of the API /distributions interface ? The reference to the schema seems to be broken in the API documentation. My question is, does it be possible to generate via this interface some project with multiple sources ? [opensuse-buildservice] nulloy: new project request outside of home namespace [Bug 912431]

Hello, I have already submitted a relevant request in bugzilla: https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=912431 We agreed with Marcus that I could submit a new package in multimedia:apps. Later I realized that it's not exactly what I need, since the repositories list is fixed to openSUSE flavors only. As I understand, I should have specifically ask for a sub-project, and not a package. However, it would be more preferable for me to get root project, not a sub-project. By root project, I mean something like: https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/net-snmp https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/vdr To get shorter urls to repositories is my main goal. Is it even appropriate to ask for such? [opensuse-buildservice] Fedora 20 build of a Tcl package

I am trying to build a Tcl related package for Fedora 20. The configure step complains about libdir. On openSUSE builds I use %tcl_archdir. Seems this is not defined for Fedora 20. Should it be? Or should I be using something else?
