[opensuse-buildservice] byacc and bison

I have a package byacc which conflicts with bison and is required by another package I am trying to build. byacc builds happily on the buildservice, however the buildservice give the following error when installing it as a dependency of another build: installing bison-2.1-11 installing byacc-1.9-1.1 file /usr/bin/yacc from install of byacc-1.9-1.1 conflicts with file from package bison-2.1-11 Any idea on how to solve this? -- Peter Nixon http://www.peternixon.net/ PGP Key: http://www.peternixon.net/public.asc

[opensuse-buildservice] Broken software.opensuse.org redirection

The software.opensuse.org redirection for linux.nssl.noaa.gov is currently redirecting to the wrong path when I'm using rug or wget. It is redirecting requests for http://software.opensuse.org/download/<repo> to http://linux.nssl.noaa.gov/opensuse/<repo>, but it should be redirecting to http://linux.nssl.noaa.gov/opensuse/repositories/<repo>. The funny thing is that I can browse http://software.opensuse.org/download/ in Konqueror without any issues. [opensuse-buildservice] build problem on SLES9 with libmysql

Hi Guys The following workaround is required to make freeradius build for SLES9 (i586) %if %suse_version < 920 ln -sf %{_libdir}/libmysqlclient_r.so.12 %{_libdir}/libmysqlclient_r.so ln -sf %{_libdir}/libmysqlclient_r.so.12 %{_libdir}/mysql/libmysqlclient_r.so %endif However it fails due to permissions problems on the build service. [opensuse-buildservice] nothing provides junit needed by ant-junit for "Java:Sun-Java-1.5/SUSE_Linux_10.0"

Hi Guys I am getting the error message "nothing provides junit needed by ant-junit" when using "Java:Sun-Java-1.5/SUSE_Linux_10.0" as a build target. junit does come with both SUSE 10.0 and 10.1 and the build works fine when using "Java:Sun-Java-1.5/SUSE_Linux_10.1" as a build target.
