We had to switch down the disks of the buildservice due to some urgent
unscheduled work. Since all the admins of the build service are
travelling today, I do not know whether we get the buildservice
working again today - or whether we have to wait until they are back
tomorrow:-(

In the next hour I am setting up another instance of the API and webclient for
staging purposes. I will have to restart the webserver, probably a few times,
so be prepared for some delay or 'unable to connect' errors. If everything is
working again, I'll drop another mail.
