https://en.opensuse.org/Additional_package_repositories doesn't seem to have
instructions for this. Does it exist somewhere at opensuse-guide.org? Is it
in the videolan repo, or Packman? Should the 12.3 package be used? Is it even
needed any more? Like download.opensuse.org, opensuse-guide.org prohibits
access to directories, both via ftp and http, so there's no way to look and
see what is available.
