Chris,
Provisional times:
start : 8:45 - 9:00
finish : 16:00 - 16:30
It is possible to arrange fairly reasonably priced overnight accommodation
(for 40 people) in the conference centre at Danbury (where the conference
may be the next day) for approx £35 per night B&B if it is booked through
us.
Like I said - if there are things I can help with just let me know.
