The next FLOSSIE conference is scheduled for the 17th and 18th of March
at Bolton Technology and Innovation Centre. If anyone has a proposal for
presenting a case study or indeed anything interesting related to FLOSS

Our suse 9.1 based ltsp system is now complaining that the version of
firefox is now out of date,
I have done on-line updates etc, but firefox 1.0 has not been relased as a
suse rpm yet.
Although 0.8 still works, becouse it insists on warning of security holes
(at least its not ie!)
staff are assuming that the system will not work.
Whats the best way of either getting rid of the message, or upgrading
firefox?
