Hi,
I'm trying to build a deb package (package is at home:cgoncalves:omf/oml), and have created three source services:
1. get OML source code from its git repository
2. get debian control files from the same git repository, but different branch
3. compress tarballs
Since I've two tarballs, I've also added to the dsc file:
Debtransform-Tar: oml-2.6.tar.gz (optional in this case AFAIK)
Debtransform-Files-Tar: debian-2.6.tar.gz
Although, when building it I get:
[...]

running debian transformer...
dpkg-source: warning: extracting unsigned source package (/usr/src/packages/SOURCES.DEB/oml_2.6.dsc)

I'm not sure what's exactly wrong with it because I can apply the patch successfully by hand. Wrong dpkg-source options being set?
Thanks,

I've split up a systemd-devel package. If your package needs to build against
systemd, I recommend to use:
BuildRequires: pkgconfig(systemd)
That way it will work with both the splitup devel package and with 11.4,
Andreas

Hi!
I have the following line in the project config:
%define is_kde_kde3 1
Then in the spec file this is checked:
%if 0%{?is_kde_kde3} > 0
...
%endif
It seems that the package still builds as if the condition was not met.
If to replace "%if 0%{?is_kde_kde3} > 0" with "%if 1 > 0 " the block under the condition
runs. Any thoughts on how to make it work as intended?

Hi,
As announced in May the rpmlint checks non-ghost-in-var-run and
non-ghost-in-var-lock will be made fatal. Both directories are tmpfs so
packaging files there doesn't work. There are ~20 affected packages
left, bugs are filed already.

Some time ago something changed in SUSE Studio. After booting Live CD (or a hard drive image) the user's desktop folder and home folder are unavailable for writing for that user.
How to restore the previous behavior? I did not change anything, just new builds of existing appliances all have such strange property.

Hello,
I'd like to ask for a new user and group lightdm to be registered
for the LightDM display manager which I intend to submit to
Factory. This is necessary to safely run greeters, the following
non-standard directory ownership and permissions are needed:
/var/run/lightdm lightdm:lightdm 751
/var/log/lightdm lightdm:lightdm 750
/var/lib/lightdm lightdm:lightdm 750
The package is X11:xfce/lightdm.
