Hi susers !
Good news:
All my articles in LfL updated to match SUSE Documentation Style
Guide. (announced earlier today by Rebecca Walter)
It took me just a few hours of work to read and accomplished those
recommendations.
I already commited the updated versions, so you judge the
"successfullity" of my undertaking.

hi Susers !
There are some great free books lying around, included with some OSS
distributions: Those are technical books, such as "Rute" Linux
tutorial, and philosophical books such as "The cathedral and the
bazaar". I think it would be smart to include those two as RPMs in
main repository. (or on the media itself)
What do you think?

hi Susers !
I just committed 2 new documents to LfL:"Interoperability: Software
equivalents table"
and "How-To connect remotely via Telnet" Server+Client.
About Interoperability:
Interoperability is a new series of my documentation-set. It describes
the working relationships between different Operating Systems, and
helps build a healthy openSUSE integration into existing Windows
environments.
Enjoy !

hi Susers !
Good day today ! As I have just contributed two How-To's to our LfL effort:
"How-To change your MAC address" and
"How-To access your COM port" (there was a how-to about this in our SUSE wiki,
but I was unable to find it - plz help)
what do you of those ? (I added those, because it's rare and
undocumented in Novell docs)

hi susers !
Today, I found that the how-to I wrote for LfL is not needed anymore,
because the NX docs already exists as part of openSUSE docs in file:
"opensuse-reference_en.pdf" on your DVD.
The only problem is that openSUSE still includes knx client, which is
incompatible with the new version of NX v2.
I'm thinking about removing my NX how-to from the LfL.
What do you think?

Hi all !
Please include "Contributors" page with Lessons for Lizards.
Do you want me to create one?

Hi susers !
I have great news: after experimenting for several days with Project
Looking Glass 3D on my home desktop, I decided to write an article
about this technology - about it's installation, coverage of 3D
Desktop and navigation in 3D space, I also included a good amount of
info, nice screenshots, external links, and much more.
I just commited this article into "Lessons for Lizards", a
documentation set for openSUSE Linux. So check it out !
(please: someone- update the web version of it - so normal users won't
need to deal with subversion to read that)
Enjoy !

Patrick, thank you very much for hosting. Let's just make that link
public, to make sure more users can get in touch.
NOTE: Now I see that this site loads damn slow, but that's because I
didn't use thumbnails, as this documentation, more geared towards
offline view. Also I don't know how to generate it with DocBook.

Google won't help. It is in Subversion repository (not in Web servers)
at Novell.
Unfortunately, I don't own any web sites to publish that myself.
Here is the link: (it will expire soon) -- it weights at 2.5 MB inc.
screenshots.

NOTE: The link above is just temporal solution, until someone agrees
to host that article.
