[opensuse-packaging] how to include a project into the official openSuSE distribution?

Hi, Can somebody give me hints about the process to include a project into the official opensuse distribution (or even redirect me to a wiki page?). My project is currently in the buildservice repository, but as a home project. Copying opensuse-pkg since I'm not sure which list is the most appropriate. Hi, I'm the lead developer of OGMRip (http://ogmrip.sf.net) I've been criticized lately on the french forums of ubuntu because I do not provide any ubuntu package. I do not provide any fedora/redhat/suse package either. I do not use a RPM based distro myself and I do not have any knowledge on how to make RPM packages. I'm then looking for someone of good will which can take the maintainership of OGMRip on SUSE.
