[opensuse-kernel] time to branch 10.3 kernel tree?

As 2.6.23 is now out, should we branch the 10.3 kernel tree from HEAD now? I think I'll be doing at least one more 2.6.22-stable release, which we should probably apply to the 10.3 kernel and push that out when it happens, but we should also work on moving on to 2.6.23. [opensuse-kernel] KOTD stuck?

Andreas, Is the KOTD stuck for HEAD? It seems to be a few days old now (from the 8th) and I'd like to see if we could get an updated version out so some people can test a potential bugfix. [opensuse-kernel] Latest KOTDs freezing when X11 is started

Hallo; I'am usually running the latest KOTD on a SUSE-10.2 X86-64 system. Until 2.6.22.9-20071002175559-default there was no problem but since 2.6.22.9-20071004172408 the system just freezes when X11 is started. Unfortunately I haven't found any usable error messages ( neither in /var/log/messages nor in Xorg.0.log) yet.
