I just bought a kingston 256mb usb flash drive, and when I plug it in,
you can tell the computer's doing something, but no icon pops up (I'm in
gnome 2.6). Is there something I can do to fix it or make an icon come
Also, can I make it keep synch with a folder on my hd so I it'll
auto-update old files on the drive when I update them?
I noticed the following messages in /var/log/messages:
Nov 30 13:00:57 gofish [powersaved]: resmgr: server response

I would think this is not correct or a setting is wrong. No? I have
searched the archives but most references were regarding laptops.
I am running SLES 9 on dual Opteron 246 on a Tyan S2882 motherboard. Its
a rackmount server that will run 24/7 so I do not believe there is a
reason to have powersave on.
Any ideas/suggestions are appreciated.
Thanks - Richard
