Saludos, lo acabo de encontrar en /. http://idle.slashdot.org/story/12/07/12/2318237/man-tries-to-live-an-open-s… Experimento mediante el cual, esta persona que vive en Alemania, pasará un año viviendo con y solo con opensource, inclusive la casa tiene un diseño opensource dice la nota. Interesante. ¿Alguien ha conseguido añadir una entrada a grub2 para arrancar desde un liveCD con openSUSE 12.3? Como venía diciendo desde hace un tiempo, que Apple usó para su beneficio la comunidad de software libre, para el desarrollo de su sistema OSX, cuyo nombre mientras era abierta era Darwin, otro derivado de Unix, con un entorno grafico derivado de Xorg y KDE, con su navegador Safari basado en Konqueror, y para completarla, ahora el lider de Gnome, Miguel de Icaza, se muda a Apple: http://www.osnews.com/story/22225/RMS_De_Icaza_Traitor_to_Free_Software_Com… La conversación cambió hacia nuevos laboratorios de Microsoft de software libre, y en respuesta a una pregunta de Owens, Stallman señaló que Miguel de Icaza "es básicamente un traidor a la comunidad del Software Libre". [opensuse-es] Drivers red y reset de dispositivos

Ya hace algún tiempo tuve problemas con la tarjeta de red, al reiniciar desde Windows, no se activaba, en el log de esta lista deben andar los mensajes. Alguien me comento que era un problema del chip de la tarjeta. Curiosamente este fenómeno no ocurría a la inversa. Ahora, como me he cambiado de domicilio, tengo acceso a red con una inalambrica, marca netway, con chipset Ralink 3070, conectada por USB Ohh, sorpresa, tenemos el mismo problema. No es posible reiniciar desde win a linux hay que apagar y dejarlo descansar un rato. Si el rato es corto no funciona) A la inversa continua funcionando perfectamente. Muy buena noticia para la comunidad, certificaron un adaptador Wifi usb totalmente libre. en la direccion mas abajo pueden ver detalles del adaptador.
