[opensuse-artwork] Ideas for CD/DVD Covers

Hi, There's a guy who created inlays for Jewel cases: http://www.opensuse-lernen.de/?p=5234 He does not seem to be involved in the official openSUSE artwork activities. The idea is nice though IMO. Maybe someone could contact him and try to create something that matches the official 12.2 theme? Since we can't really ship small quantities of DVDs to small install parties people have to burn DVDs themselves there. So having a nice and easy way to print covers might compensate for the lack of official media on such events. On youtube I even found instructions for a really simple do-it-yourself CD-Cover. [opensuse-artwork] Request badges for Karma plugin

Hi, I am Priyanka. I developed the Karma plugin for openSUSE Connect under the mentorship of Michal Hrusecky. I wanted to improvise on certain areas, the first being badges. Karma is deployed on the Connect website and I think the badges are really unfit and not upto the level. So, I needed some help from the artwork team. It would be great if you could create some cool badges for the Karma plugin. The Karma repo is at https://github.com/priyanka-m/karma, and you can find the badges in the default icons directory. The name of the image denotes the name of the badge. [opensuse-artwork] I need an icon for the application/x-mmg-settings MIME type

The package mkvtoolnix comes with the basic icons, but it lacks one for the application/x-mmg-settings MIME type. There is somebody here that could create one? I guess it could just be the same than /usr/share/icons/hicolor/256x256/apps/mkvmergeGUI.png, but with the format of the icons shown in the file manager (taller than wider, like a sheet of paper). I tried creating something bright and simple. I used textures and also patterns that can lighten up your twitter account. We have so far created artwork for Facebook, G+ but we are missing twitter. Is there someone who knows what the dimensions are for creating artwork for our twitter page? If so, please share. We can create the artwork for it and then attempt to implement it. [opensuse-artwork] Release Artwork for Facebook and Google+

Hi all, to promote the upcoming release of 12.2 on Facebook and Google+ I created pictures for Facebooks Timeline and Google+ Cover-Photos. There are two images, one saying "Coming Sept. 5" and one "Available Now", each in English and German.
