[opensuse-artwork] Russian "Welcome"

Where are six messages on openSUSE install splash screen: welcome, bienvenue and other. Fixed bunch of things in the text - links and stuff. Should be quite OK now. I also updated the sponsorship brochure with a bit of text on the co- location and the logo's. The banners on top are very high, looks a bit dis-proportionate to me - but I'm no artist :D Those who are, pls check http://conference.opensuse.org and give feedback (if possible in the form of merge requests?!?)
