I am pretty new to the opensuse artwork community and for this reason I
am wondering how you guys actually get the coders to make the themes
that you conceptualize? Please let me know so that I can contact these
people.
I have an idea to brand OpenSuse 11 even more. I want to see the
viability of using bespin style for kde4 as a default theme for OS11.
The reason behind this idea is that the current oxygen theme really
doesn't cut it for me and I believe it is so for a lot of …

the same time I can't say much about the Oxygen theme because it is
bound to be changed.
Instead I see a lot of potential on bespin, it is currently very sharp
looking although it is incomplete and it uses more features than oxygen.

Alright, so this was something I'd been meaning to do, but I was
under some heavy work load from my non-openSUSE life ;-). I wanted to
start discussions on the openSUSE Art mailing list for all of the
proposed themes that are on the Pixel Pool page (en.opensuse.org/
Artwork/Pixel_Pool).
I also want to take this opportunity to encourage anyone here who has
any theme ideas for openSUSE 11.0 to check that page out, and give
your idea. Mockups, scanned in paper sketches, even plaintext …

Hi everyone, I was just working on a rough mockup for the screen and
certainly don't know if this can be done but I really like the idea of
having buttons for different events, instead of just text. Please tell
me what you think. I also like things that look very lightened up. So
you can see the subtle lighting effect that the button's text has.
PS: remember that this is a very rough mockup/focus on the concept ideas
rather than the quality of the image
