Dear all,
Along with other volunteers I am pushing for a plan to improve the state
of the documentation platforms, trying make the docs more accessible,
usable and overall better for the end users.
I've compiled a couple of thoughts about how to go about it here:

I'd like to know two things:
1) Are there people whose interests overlap this initiative and who
would work in person with us to move this forward?
2) Among the people in (1), what is the minimum amount of things you
would change to the document mentioned above to support it
community-wide (for example by placing a shortened version of this
document on the wikis landing page or portals).
