[opensuse-web] Czech wiki problems with diacritics in PAGENAME

Hi, after MediaWiki upgrade in fall of 2011 Czech wiki has problems. Pages with some specific diacritics in PAGENAME can't be modified or created. Creating of new page raises this error: > MediaWiki internal error. > > Exception caught inside exception handler. > > Set $wgShowExceptionDetails = true; at the bottom of LocalSettings.php to > show detailed debugging information. A try to modify affected page ends with: > Databázová chyba > > Při dotazu do databáze došlo k syntaktické chybě. Příčinou může být chyba v programu. Poslední dotaz byl: > (SQL dotaz skryt) > > z funkce „Title::getCascadeProtectionSources“. Databáze vrátila chybu „1267: > Illegal mix of collations (latin1_bin,IMPLICIT) and > (utf8_general_ci,COERCIBLE) for operation '=' (137.65.246.148:3307)“. I tried to search some topics on the wiki and all I get is: ---- There were no results matching the query. ":" is almost never used in any URL except to preceed "//", and can cause strange results in copy & paste activities or help posts on mailing lists like http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-kde3/2012-04/msg00070.html. Why does repositories/ use them, and why the subtle duplication, such as Active:/ and Active/ or KDE3:/ and KDE3/, compounding the proliferation of available repos?
