Hello, guys. Hope you are all good and energized as i am. Our IRC meeting about OSEM is settled on (14-00 - 14-30) Wed 23 Jul CEST, unfortunately without James :( Next time we will try to meet all together. Maximum amount of time for the meeting - 30 minutes, no matter what. Just trying to make things effective or not at all. TL;DR - some agenda for the meeting Agenda: ````````````````````````` * topic ` -> definition of done ` ````````````````````````` * standup (super short report about current state of things) -> all provided their current status of things/problems/achievements * idea about structuring development of OSEM Basic idea is to structure our already agile approach to make it more effective. Github gives us possibility to setup a milestone which can be limited by time (say 2 weeks). For which we agree to achieve some specific tasks. Like assign to the milestone some specific long running PR's or issues. Everything else should not be touched. This gives us pace, feeling of progress and warm feeling that we actually moving forward to our big goals.Some pluses and minuses are sure there. Let's try to discuss them. -> each provided his thumbs up/down (and feedback on topic) * current big goals Probably, we should establish some key goals which we want to achieve. No doubt, make life of openSUSE event organizer easier is honorable goal, but we can do better. [opensuse-web] Problem with a user in the forums

Giving everyone here a heads-up that we have a user who has decided to take issue with an objection raised to their signature in the forums. In the forums, we very explicitly prohibit religious discussions and topics, because those topics are divisive and have no place in the forum community. Felix Miata - a long-time user - has been asked by the forum staff to remove his signature, which includes a bible verse quote. He has declared that we are not permitted to ask him to remove his signature, and that if we pursue the issue, he will escalate it to opensuse-web and admin. Our rules are there for a purpose, and that is because religion and religious topics are extremely divisive. That's why we exclude religious (and political) discourse from the forums. We would ask that you assist us in enforcing the forum community standard and back us up on this decision. Thanks, Jim Henderson openSUSE Forums Administrator

http://software.opensuse.org/search won't allow two character string searches, but Midnight Commander only exists as mc. Searches for commander and/or midnight return nothing.
