[opensuse-web] Selecting language should be on top of landing page.

Hi, I am Ukranian translatorc of OpenSUSE. My name is Andriy. Today I found that after selecting the Ukrainian language on new landing page www.opensuse.org and https://www.opensuse.org/searchPage/ all text captions are written in Catalan language. Please, fix this bug. Thanks, Andriy.
