If you print a page in the wiki, the first page contains the complete menu of
the bento theme - so there's a lot of wasted space.
Could we have a printing stylesheet that then could be used in the wiki?
Or how can this be solved?

Every other time I go there, my login has been timed out, regardless that I
keep my browser open for six days at a time. It redirects to a login page.
That login page on alternate visits displays the form fields for login and
password, and the submit button, "below the fold", the containing div having
been pushed down below the side menu. The other times it displays near the
middle, where it seems to be expected to be.
