Machines on one subnet not able to download from any mirrors

I have machines on various different subnets. All work except machines on 75.88.18.217/29. All machines are resolving download.opensuse.org to 195.135.223.226 The problem subnet machines can successfully download index.html from https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Apache/openSUSE_Leap_15.6/ but timeout when trying to download http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Apache:/Modules/openSUSE_Leap_15.…. I have performed packet capture at the point of egress from my network, and I see the handshake succeed with 195.135.223.226, but then I get no response from 195.135.223.226 when making a GET request for the failing requests. I have another public subnet which is working fine, also using 195.135.223.226 Any thoughts? Thank you, --Moby
