The recent change you might notice on openSUSE Leap 15.3 (GA)
repositories is expected.
We've recently republished Leap 15.3 GA repositories with the original
GA content, which was previously overwritten by the latest Leap 15.3
Quarterly Update). The 15.3/iso directory was not changed and contains
updated images from the latest Quarterly Update (QU) as expected.
We decided not to touch GA repositories anymore as updating made of the
original GA rpms that received updates not available (e.g., GA kernel
boo#1202116) and broke some of the workflows that were expecting their
availability.
Updates will remain available as part of the /update repositories as
they should be. GA reposistories will keep only GA content with the
exception of/iso directory as we plan to keep refreshing isos for 15.4
via Quarterly Updates as needed. Suggested QU roadmap can be found here
