I don't think it makes sense to mirror everything. Many files are see so
little traffic that mirroring them costs way too much. And now I'm really
puzzled what your intention is - you strarted the thread with "remove all
mirrors" and now you want even more stuff noone downloads?

It looks like opensuse-full-really-everything isn't being updated - if I
do an rsync, nothing is downloaded, so my side is apparently
up-to-date, but if I check with
http://download.opensuse.org/update/leap/42.1/oss/x86_64/, I see
updates from the last few days.

Greetings,
I have been getting the following error for the past couple of days. Can you help me with where the problem is at my side or opensuse?
ftp:~ # /usr/bin/rsync -rlpt rsync.opensuse.org::opensuse-full-with-factory /opt/ftp/pub/ --delete-after -hi --stats
This is rsync.opensuse.org, public rsync server of openSUSE.org,
limited to 50 connections.
If you run a public mirror, please get in contact so we can give you
access to the stage rsync server.
You'll find conditions for access and further information at
http://en.opensuse.org/Mirror_Infrastructure
Thanks!

Hi George
FWIW, I'm rsync'ing "opensuse-full-really-everything" and apart from that
package being out-of-sync itself, it has been working fine. Maybe I'll try
rsync'ing "opensuse-full-with-factory" and see what happens.

The rsync server has not been reachable on IPv6 for a few days:
https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/10348
ATM it's not pingable.
