[heroes] download.o.o - upgraded to maxmind geoip2

Maxmind discontinued their GeoIP1 databases per January 2, since then we have been using the most recent copy, dated Dec 31. I have now updated apache and mirrorbrain to use the new GeoIP2 databases which seems to be working fine. Mirrorbrain itself is actually hardcoded to use GeoIP1 but I managed to bend the config into shape. on download.o.o, the apache error log is (almost) spilling over with : [mirrorbrain:warn] [pid 25460:tid 140703249147648] (-1)Unknown error -1: [client 37.251.234.119:57348] [mod_mirrorbrain] Could not retrieve row from database for tumbleweed/repo/oss/noarch/autoconf-2.69-16.8.noarch.rpm (size: 722616, mtime 1560355614): Likely cause: there are no hashes in the database (yet). ISTR seeing this before, but I cannot find an issue that talks about it and I don't know if I need to do something to populate this hash table (in postgres). Does anyone happen to know? [heroes] four different database hosts for download.o.o ?

I'm working on adapting the apache2 setup to work with the new maxmind geoip database - apart from removing the vhosts definitions for 2001:67c:2178:8::13, I see - we have four separate vhosts - download.o.o and ipv6.download.o.o, both in an http and an https version. afaict, the only reason for having download.o.o and ipv6.download.o.o is to keep ipv4 and ipv6 logs separately. I'm not sure why this is neccessary? Does any have any idea? Second, all four vhosts use a separate name for their database host - mirrordb2-nossl-v4.infra.opensuse.org mirrordb2-nossl-v6.infra.opensuse.org mirrordb2-ssl-v4.infra.opensuse.org mirrordb2-ssl-v6.infra.opensuse.org They all point to the same address. This afternoon it was down to 86% full, but I see it has grown back to 91% just now. 5% in a few hours - at that rate we're going to overrun again soon. That mirrordb1 is unavailable is definitely causing this problem. Just while writing this, it has grown to 92%. It might not be trusted by some users. So I want to host the PHP script in one of openSUSE's servers. By now, it doesn't have many users, so the load shouldn't be heavy.
