Since Arm Tumbleweed snapshot 20221122 I have not been able to run any application on Wayland on my Pinebook Pro. This application failed to start because no Qt platform plugin could be initialized. Reinstalli ng the application may fix this problem. Available platform plugins are: eglfs, linuxfb, minimal, minimalegl, offscreen, vnc, wayland-eg l, wayland, wayland-xcomposite-egl, xcb. openSUSE microOS (the Tumbleweed-based one) on Pine64: Intermittently hangs during reboots in "BIOS"

Hi all, I recently installed openSUSE MicroOS on a Pine64 (LTS or whatever it is called). Installation was a breeze, but now intermittently it hangs during reboots. It hangs in the "BIOS" boot phase, aka before grub is started and the OS takes over. I get errors like these when I open the serial console once I notice the hang: Unknown command 'jT)HL' - try 'help' => Seems like it fails to properly detect that there is no PXE/tftp to boot from and it should really boot from the sdcard. Or something else makes it stop the autoboot and enters 'jT)HL' as command. Unfortunately I failed to find proper instructions on how to disable PXE boot and nail it down to only boot from sdcard. Did anyone experience similar issues? Any ideas? Hi all, After a couple of "zypper dup's ago, I noticed that direct after the default option in grub, the screen went black after the subsequent loading. Until last week, I could continue by selecting in grub an older kernel (6.0.3 afaicr) Now however, the default image, but 6.0.7-1 and 6.0.8-1 yield the same results: It boots and loads initrd, but screen turns black, and no desktop appears any more, even after waiting for hours. According to the leds of the rpi (and the heat-sink) it is up-and running.
