Despite having been an avid Linux user for several years, I am somewaht
confused about the proper way to set up soundmodem on SuSE 7.3
I read the various sources of information about soundmodem and AX25 in
general, but unfortunately the documentation does not always refer to the
current software, particularly the variants of the sound system.
I would be grateful if any of you could provide me with the steps required to
get soundmodem working under SuSE 7.3 including what part of the sound system
should and should not be loaded.
