Follow-up bug for #465954. The fix proposed there is not working anymore, or to
be more specific: one has to revert the 11.1 fix for 11.2 in order to get
pure-ftpd to honor the PassivePortRange setting.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add PassivePortRange 30000:35000 to /etc/pure-ftpd/pure-ftpd.conf
2. /usr/sbin/pure-config-args /etc/pure-ftpd/pure-ftpd.conf
Actual Results:
Output does not include -p 30000:35000
Expected Results:
Output should include -p 30000:35000
Editing /etc/sbin/pure-config-args to move
PassivePortRange => "-p"
back from numpairc_switch_for to numpairb_switch_for.

there are currently German ispell, aspell and myspell/hunspell dictionary RPMs.
All have different source packages and the ispell and aspell dictionaries are
very outdated.
As they are all derieved from the igerman98 source package I suggest the they
should be built from source RPM, too.

The most recent version of aria2c available for 11.2 (as yet) appears to 1.5.2
1.6.2 is out which improves the security of aria2c and fixes a bunch of bugs.
Please upgrade aria2c to 1.6.2 for factory.
Also, a security issue in earlier versions of aria2c could cause a DOS or the
execution of malicious code - please make sure that 11.1 is also updated to an
appropriate version.
Thanks!
This is especially important since zypper relies on aria2c for its downloads,
thus a vulnerability or security issues effects nearly every user!

Hi,
sorry for the bad summary, but that's how the new yast2 gtk package manager
behaves on me.
There are several things just 'broken' (well, it does work, but read for
yourself):
- The workflow is distrupted with the tabs Add / Remove / Update / Undo. I
think it's the only application where 'actions' are grouped in tabs. This is
completely counter-intuitive. And it distrupts workflows when going through a
list of installed apps, selecting updates, you can't just select a package for
removal anymore: you first need to switch to the -> remove tab.
After the entire selection, clicking next changes the button text to 'Sure?'.
This is also not very expected and at first glance appears that no action is
going to happen. It's a nice playful way, but anything else than what a user
would expect.
I'll comment on more things after using it more often.

While working on bug #546856 I was told that
hplip seems to be in the default minimal selection
of 11.2 and that draws in lots of unexpected stuff
for a minimal system like including X, Qt, Mesa etc.
I didn't do a minimal 11.2 installation to verify it.
Nevertheless I like to report it to be on the safe side.
>From my point of view HPLIP is a big and fat
full featured printer and scanner driver solution
and should not be by default in any minimal selection.

I enabled remote graphical login in the local security section of KDE, and
additionally enable remote administration in the network services section, but
when I connect by vncclient to loclhost's 5901th port, I get a black screen
with a default X shaped X.org cursor.
Moreover, the nework services section is unable to open the firewall ports,
because network interfaces aren't assigned to any firewall zone initially. I
either have to open VPN ports manually in the firewall section of YaST, or I
have to assign the ports before trying to open VPN ports from the network
services section of YaST.

Summary: Firefox save dialog always resets the icon zoom size

Gecko/20090909 SUSE/3.5.3-1.3 Firefox/3.5.3
Running Firefox 3.5.3 in KDE, any time I try to save something from within
Firefox, the save dialog always comes up with medium-sized icons, even if I
resized them in the last save.
The result is that, even if you choose detailed view, sometimes the columns are
spaced off the right side of the dialog, or the dialog fills up most of the
screen because it is so large.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Save in Firefox. (Save page, link, image, etc.)
2. Resize view icon zoom to small.
3. After saving is done, repeat step 1.
Actual Results:
The icons ("zoom") will have increased to "medium", but actually they're quite
large. The view type is saved.
Expected Results:
The save dialog should keep the zoom preferences so that the next time it is
called, it will use the same settings as before.
This happens in the default theme with or without the openSUSE Firefox
Extensions enabled. This happens in a new profile with no changes.
