Hey, I love hermes mails, but I would love them even more if the mails for one request where all grouped in a thread. So here's my completely untested attempt for this (and I'm not sure I'm still fluent in perl, so there might be some stupid errors). Is there any way to easily test this kind of things? I saw your tweets about using Elgg for openSUSE Connect and left a comment on one of your blog posts. Pavol sent me an email and suggested I subscribe to this mailing list. I'm a recent addition to the core Elgg development team. I managed the development for the upcoming 1.7.2 release and have been an active plugin developer. Work report Klaas Freitag cw 43/2010 [RED] [AMBER] [GREEN] - did lots of people management this week - lengthy Azubi Meeting with talks from Azubis. Sandra is unfortunately leaving us, her last meeting. [green] - should have spent the week in bed, but... - gave a talk and listened to about a dozen talks and bofs - met a lot of people and discussed several topics - and I think we should take part in fedora conferences more often to spread our stuff ;) - had a lot of fun serving dishes, even though I had to give in to my body too soon - experimented with a "11.3 universe" in linking all packages from all projects that have 11.3 repos into one repo (avoiding duplicates) and got 4370 packages not in 11.3 built cleanly against 11.3 - learned after that aggregates would have been easier to do :) - basically _the_ topic of the conference for me: more or less packages in factory, no final answer ;( - my talk wasn't exactly a desaster, but I never saw a more silent audience. Comments and thanks for the conference

Hello folks, thanks for doing a great job to all boosters and others involved in making last week's conference a big success. If you're wondering what good came out of it, here's an example: I learned a lot and am more motivated to do OpeSUSE-specific things. At my party yesterday I was pleasently surprised when all TEN OpenSUSE DVDs (from the conference) were taken by friends. They went like hotcakes, and these are serious telecom engineers and server developers who I've worked with. Other friends are less technical Win32 users, but were also openly interested in trying out the OpenSUSE Live DVD. I'll be coming by Nuernberg sometime soon to get more DVDs (for our next party here in Munich), and have already signed up for the ambassadors mailing list.
