I'm not sure is it now RC2 or RC1. zypper works right in root shell and I can install programs normally by "install programs" in KDE-menu. But if I try to update by update applet it's saying it is not possible to get new updates, I have to connect to Internet first. I have two network devices. eth0 is wired network and eth1 is wireless. I'm using wireless network. Wireless Internet connection didn't work during the installation process. But I got it working after this. I attach zypper history and zypper.log Thank you very much! I cannot choose any type or layout or variant. If you choose to open the device's root folder, konqueror will open that folder in the system:/ kioslave. If you click an executable file in that window, the "Open file with" dialog will appear (instead of the file being executed). If, instead, you browse to /media/<usb_key_name> (without "system:") and click the file, it will be executed. This can be fixed in two ways: 1) Don't use the system:/ kioslave anymore. I think that who chose to use it had considered this question, so I wouldn't suggest this option. This change would also have to be made in the K menu. 2) Patch the system:/ kioslave to run files. If this is possible, it would be the best solution IMHO. While there were issues on openSUSE 11.0 as well, using the upstream 0.8.0 version of the wacom driver worked fine. Attaching the xorg.conf I was using for 11.0 that worked. I tried setting up the table with sax2, tried usptream driver 0.8.2, 0.8.0 (which worked in 11.0), to no success.
