Ok, I go the original report and... Access Denied You are not authorized to access bug #188543. And now I am deaf and blind -- I cannot see the resolution of this report, is it fixed, set as invalid, etc. The current reporting/privileges thing has a flaw since it is really hard to cooperate on wishes/bugs/crashes/and so on. Also applets added to the toolbar open on :0 and not the assigned DISPLAY. CONTROL CENTER in COMPUTER menu, also opens on :0 and not the assigned DISPLAY; some application such as Firefox open correctly, but they can only be executed from the Favorite Applications panel. With RUNLEVEL 3, all apps/applets behave as expected. Installed Novell GroupWise 7 SP1 client. GroupWise starts, but the lefthand tree menu only displays a few of the items. Slab should have a submeny called "all applications" or something similar that opens the regular gnome menu. Users shouldn't have to open a separate application just the open the application they want.
