Also applets added to the toolbar open on :0 and not the assigned DISPLAY. CONTROL CENTER in COMPUTER menu, also opens on :0 and not the assigned DISPLAY; some application such as Firefox open correctly, but they can only be executed from the Favorite Applications panel. With RUNLEVEL 3, all apps/applets behave as expected. VNC remote adm. is not working, if i check Xorg.0.log I see: (II) LoadModule: "vnc" (II) Loading /usr/lib/xorg/modules/extensions//libvnc.so dlopen: /usr/lib/xorg/modules/extensions//libvnc.so: undefined symbol: _ZTVN10__cxxabiv117__class_type_infoE (EE) Failed to load /usr/lib/xorg/modules/extensions//libvnc.so (II) UnloadModule: "vnc" (EE) Failed to load module "vnc" (loader failed, 7) (WW) I810(0): Option "usevnc" is not used I did exact same config as in Suse 10.1 Also the same problem, when enable kde desktop sharing .... Login as user, set vncpasswd, then issue "vncserver :12 -geometry 1280x1024". Remote in to this machine and click on COMPUTER and wait. The menu browser will not open on the remote.
