Fresh instalation When I connect (also hot plug) for the first time my HP P1005 is recognized by the system. I am able to install the hp-plugin and print the test page. Next, when I start my system and the printer in on and connect during the starting process the printer works ok. The problem. When I connect or switch on the printer after I login it does not work. I can see the system can see this printer. When I start printing I get all the system messages that the printing processes work correct but the printer does not print anything Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install the dirvers. hp-plugin, try to print - it works 2. Switch off your computer. Disconnect your printer. 3. Start the system. However, every now and again rescuing a system includes reinstalling it (e.g. hard disk crash). It would be nice to have one CD that can do both, i.e. combining the network installation CD with the rescue CD. One could opt to have the network installation CD still separate if needed and just put the installer on the rescue CD too. Now the Kmix tray icon does not change when adjusting sound with the laptop volume buttons. When using the physical buttons, the sound does get louder and softer, and mutes and unmutes correctly, but the tray icon does not change. If I click the tray icon and change settings, the icon changes (1 to 3 lines depending on volume, no lines for mute). In 12.2 the icon changes with adjustments made via the buttons. I am pretty sure the icon showed button-push changes in 12.3 milestone 1, too. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Change sound volume up or down, or mute or unmute, using the laptop buttons 2. 3. Actual Results: Sound changes correctly in response to button pushes, but the icon does not indicate the changes. Expected Results: number of lines in the icon change with button pushes. Second if you click search to locate your iso file you get sth. like phy:/root//path/to/iso.file where root is wrong. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Try to setup a vm using YaST2 and a downloaded iso file 2.On "Operating System Installation" screen choose "Virtual Disk" and "Add" 3.On the next screen "Virtual Disk" click "Browse" and select some iso file.
