There are two special buttons for QuickPlay. The first one has similar symbol to Q.; another – DVD. In openSUSE 10.2 and 10.3 it worked fine. In openSUSE 10.3 the first Q. button, e008, was recognized as "Launch C", the second DVD button, e00e, was recognized as "Media". Since openSUSE 11.0 these buttons not worked, but after manually installing hotkey-setup package and executing /etc/init.d/hotkey-setup restart, it worked. The bad think is that hotkey-setup was droped since 11.0 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=398846 . This functionality should by controlled by hal, but it don't do it. I filled a bug in freedesktop http://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=19936 , there was made a patch http://cgit.freedesktop.org/hal-info/diff/fdi/information/10freedesktop/30-… but it didn't helped. A significant number of these are -32bit basic system packages like pam-32bit, systemd-32bit, glibc-32bit etc.. I found that almost all of them can be deselected by manually unclicking libdb-32bit. The only ones left are nss-mdns-32bit and linux32. Installation is not strictly necessary to observe this. Live running system is enough. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Boot a factory live usb or cd 2. Launch 'Install/Remove Software' 3. Note the -32bit packages in the 'Installation Summary' tab. Actual Results: You see lots of autoselected packages with plenty of -32bit between them Expected Results: I would have expected not to see any 32bit packages on x86-64 system unless there is particular dependency which does not seem to exist in this case. When red, short, repeated or long keypresses are ignored. No entries in logs. This worked fine in 11.2. A regression, thus.
