However, he may then overflow past 100% back to 0% and continue to increase from there. When the computer shuts down, the geeko starts at 20% opacity and falls to 0%. However, he may then overflow past 0% to 100% and begin to decrease from there. Reproducible: Always Fix is available at https://github.com/openSUSE/branding/pull/33 However I am still not sure how best to handle the shutdown fade; I'm pretty sure we don't want it starting at 20% so I set it to start at 100%, but most users will not perceive any fade at all unless we multiply the shutdown progress by some large constant. See http://www.languagetool.org/issues/ and http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=3153545&group_id=110216&ati… I suggest to remove it until this critical error is fixed. It also does not work well with Java 7. Upgrading to 3.6.1.2 from LibreOffice:Unstable and using the latest addon 1.9 from their website did not help either. The splash and progress is shown, the the main window opens, then it freezes for 3s or so, then most of the toolbars are shown and the contents of the file, but then it freezes for 20s or more, the window does not get updated. After this OOo works fine. This is a MASSIVE improvement. Sadly the files on the LibreOffice site do not have KDE integration for our KDE so one must use that completely unusable Gnome desktop to use LO.
