The opensuse-theme.patch broke it. For example this patch contains lines like "Files awesome-3.4.5.orig//themes/default/background.jpg and awesome-3.4.5/themes/default/background.jpg differ", which means that some images were changed and not uploaded. This patch also requires lua module "calendar2", which is included, but not installed. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. run awesome Actual Results: http://susepaste.org/22579212 awsetbg displays error about missing /usr/share/awesome/themes/default/background.jpg Noting happens: empty screen, no panels, no reaction on mouse clicking. The issue is that %lang_package will define mylibrary-lang so that it Requires the mylibrary package, which doesn't exist. So we have to tweak things with mylibrary6 providing the mylibrary package so that the lang package is installable. I believe adding an option to %lang_package to specify an alternative package to require would make this much easier. KDE4 flavour. Installed Lokalize and after run it, I tried create new project. But this option was in-active. I've searched a few secs, and found that python script is responsible for this. I've installed python-kde4, then reopened Lokalize. "Create new project" option is active now and works perfect. So python-kde4 should be mentioned in "Requires" field in .spec file. Like right now, there is an update stack update available and therefore the applet displays the orange star, however the fact that there are critical updates is completely ignored and the user is left with a false feeling of safety. This is a similar problem to zypper (see bug 503068).
