It requires a driver built on the current kernel. Since the problem does not appear in v11.1 and does in v11.2, maybe it is not related. Also I have installed ATI's video driver. However, even before installing the ATI driver, the problem existed. After "#echo 3 > /proc/fs/cifs/cifsFYI", how do I restore CIFS debugging to its default level? The CIFS tcpdump file is rather large: 23MB. It is a trace of a file transfer that caused the kernel trap.
