A1l of them have the names set correctly in repo managment. I realize these are the aliases for the repos, but names should be shown, not aliases right? Repos added as URL show the name that was entered via the name line during creation without problem it seems. This is a duplicate, but it is not resolved. My 11.1 is up to date and the problem still exists. The apps seem to start, but then nothing to be seen, and thus nothing to be controlled or check. When you forget to unmount the ext.drive and just unplug it, normally it could cause some damage to this unplugged drive. But it is really odd and disturbing that such unplugging also affects the main system -- on the next shutdown and boot up there are really some problems with unmounting regular partitions. I downloaded opensuse 11.1 kde4 livecd using aria2c client using metalink technology and was impressed with the speed. Upgraded to 10.2 & smb4k not working. Uninstalled & resinstalled, still NF. Target machine suse 8.3, stable & not changed. smb4k on client machine is creating the share links using the target machine's UIDs rather than the local machine's UID. Access is then denied for the user. I can browse target if I suid to root, so the networking part is working fine. A big difference seems to be that the change from 10.2 to 10.2 on the client machine also required a change from using SMB to CIFS for the shares in smb4k configuration. The brp-rpath check runs objdump which dies with OOM after a long time. This makes it currently not be possible to build Factory distro without manual interaction. But ethernet (eth0) autoconnects even when autoconnection check box is NOT set. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. set Networking to be controlled w/ Network Manager (user) & setup dhcpd to support your pc. 2. Name an ethernet connection within Network manager, leave autoconnect box unchecked. 3. Relogin. 4. The network is UP . Actual Results: The network is UP . Expected Results: The network should be DOWN . It'd be nice to set 'autoconnect' checkbox for eth0 be present by default but not to be ignored.
