This installs firmware + udev rules. I reloaded the udev rules (also rebooted in the mean time). udev recognizes new hardware when switching it on, but does not trigger the rules :(. When I manually run the fxload it works. I mean, "cer2" does exist, it is a valid user, but I'm running as "cer" and gnome has no business looking at any other user's files. I think that's always a bad idea. Windowmaker for instance does nothing (what is my favourite) compiz goes to the viewport where Firefox lives instead moving Firefox to the current viewport which is justifiable.
