Only way is to copy them locally. This exception normally occurs if the org.xml.sax.driver property is not set correctly. This leads me to believe that the issue is related to it. Please note that the same code works without any issue when executed using IBM's JVM. I hava attached a tar file with a sample test program and supporting files which demonstrate the problem. That basically forces the user to reinsert until it gets lucky. You might want to use the system-wide copy instead, if possible.
