Please add %post libs %run_ldconfig and %postun libs %run_ldconfig to the spec file. As our power management architecture now depends on PolicyKit, it is not possible to use tools like 'powersave' after D-Bus restarts (e.g. D-Bus updates). I took a short look to see how we could fix the issue. The GLib D-Bus bindings seem not to be prepared for such a scenario (the "Disconnect" is not being passed to applications which want to receive the signal). Therefore it needs to depend on the Python major version it was built with. => Please use %py_requires. Note that the indirect dependency dbus-1-python -> libxml2-python -> python is not sufficient: libxml2-python in Factory is already built for Python 2.5, but dbus-1-python is still Python 2.4. When running 'rcnetwork stop' on a system using NetworkManager the pid files are not being removed from /var/run/. This prevents 'rcnetwork start' to succeed afterwards. The script /etc/init.d/network did not change recently, the same applies to NetworkManager. Probably a bug in sysvinit (killproc).
