in fact it was said some time ago that the wiki change would be a switch (en becoming wiki and wiki becoming en), but it's not like this at present time (the old wiki is at "old-en....")
It was decided last week that it would be confusing to switch the two wikis, so a new location was created for the legacy English wiki. That's all that I know about it. Hopefully it didn't cause more confusion than it prevented... -Matt
