Is anyone else having this problem?  I cannot duplicate it.  You may have to do a hard refresh, start a new browser session, or even clear your cache, but the top and side links should be keeping you in the same place.

It was decided last week that it would be confusing to switch the two wikis, so a new location was created for the legacy English wiki.  That's all that I know about it.  Hopefully it didn't cause more confusion than it prevented...
