Hello Organizers, I'm not sure if I need a invitation letter from a chinese organization, but in case I do are you able to provide one? Can I give you the information you need (passport number...) encrypted or by telephone? [opensuse-summit] Progress on TSP and Visa Letter

Hi Guys, Both my proposals for a talk and a workshop are accepted. I have applied for TSP as I am a student and have also done 2 Google Summer of Code Under openSUSE (2013 and 2014). The ticket number is #100. The conference is a month and a half away. It is a really good time to finish with the formalities like booking tickets as they will later on get more expensive. Is it possible for TSP to be a bit accelerated so that I can apply for air tickets and Visa (I need Visa letter for that) soon? Let me know in either case as I am subscribed with raghu.nayyar.007(a)gmail.com on TSP and with this email id on CFP in case there is any confusion. Hi Max Thanks for your reply. I will be applying for visa on Monday, 22 September 2014, so could I get the letter as per the details I've sent earlier, and have also replied to "Need your input..." mail. Hi Sunny and the Summit team, For visa invitation letter the following it needed: Invitation / Notification Letter: Invitation/Notification Letter from Chinese host / inviting Company on its letter head with complete address & contact number, duly signed manually with round seal (on a blank space and not over any name/signatures) & signatory's name and designation. The letter should be addressed to "The Visa Officer, Embassy of China, New Delhi" Please Note: a) the invite letter has to be signed in Chinese language, if the inviter is a Chinese National. Attaching my passport details required on the invitation letter.
