[softwaremgmt] satsolver-bindings now separate from libsatsolver

Hi, to provide better support for bindings to the satsolver library, the application layer library and the bindings have been split off from libsatsolver. The new repository location for sat-solver-bindings is at git://gitorious.org/opensuse/sat-solver-bindings.git libsatsolver itself remains at git://gitorious.org/opensuse/sat-solver.git There are no changes to functionality or package contents. This split allows to update and maintain the bindings seperately from satsolver and to provide better bindings on older distributions. This will allow us to better support users of satsolver-bindings like Kiwi and MeeGo (through libzypp bindings) across a range of distributions.
